 Yashemo Group is a UK-based engineering and manufacturing partner specialising in precision parts, assemblies, and technical manufacturing support. We work with customers across marine, machinery, general industry, medical equipment, and selected industrial sectors where quality, reliability, and cost control matter most.

Our manufacturing services include CNC machining, EDM, sheet metal fabrication, castings, forgings, tooling, and prototype development, supporting projects from early-stage prototypes through to low- and medium-volume production.

 Yashemo Group was founded by two Mechanical engineers with a shared passion for manufacturing excellence and a practical understanding of how engineering decisions impact cost, lead time, and product performance.

One founder brings over 15 years of experience in high-precision manufacturing within demanding environments such as Aviation and Rail, combining deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness. This enables a clear understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate them into practical, manufacturable solutions.

The second founder is a Mechanical engineer with an MBA, experienced in structured project delivery, supplier coordination, and operational discipline. With a strong focus on planning, communication, and execution, projects are managed to ensure on-time delivery and consistent quality.

 Together, this collaboration led to the formation of Yashemo Group — a name derived from the founders’ identities and their shared commitment to engineering-led problem solving. 

 Our operations are built around a strict quality control framework, including supplier qualification, engineering review, inspection, and documentation. This approach ensures parts are delivered to specification, on time, and with minimal risk.
